Refund policy

If your Formula Scents product arrives defective or becomes defective within fourteen (14) days of receipt, we will either refund the amount paid for your most recent purchase or provide a replacement, depending on the situation.

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us directly at contact@formulascent.com. Upon receiving your request, typically within five (5) business days, we will process the appropriate action (excluding any shipping and handling fees from the original purchase, which are non-refundable) to the payment method or arrange for a replacement product.

Please note that Formula Scents does not control the processing time for chargebacks by your credit card or payment method provider. For any inquiries regarding the status of your refund, please reach out directly to your payment provider.

Refund or replacement requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the original shipment date will not be honored. Additionally, we will not provide a refund or replacement for products returned due to misuse, negligence, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or any other abnormal use.

Please note: Formula Scents does not offer refunds or replacements for products based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the scent profile. We provide detailed descriptions for every fragrance, and it is the purchaser’s responsibility to choose scents according to their preference. Choosing a scent is a personal experience and carries its own risk.

If you are dissatisfied with your product for any other reason, Formula Scents may, at our discretion, offer compensation in the form of a discount code, product replacement, or a refund of the purchase price.
